In 2018, Verso supported multiple organisations operating across NSW, Queensland, Tasmania and Victoria to develop service delivery models and prepare tender responses for the Integrated Carer Support Service (ICSS). Tasks included:
- Desktop reviews to confirm service profiles and capability
- Documentation of scenarios responding to identified service gaps (including risks assessments)
- Support to manage stakeholder relationships with strategic partners proposed to collaboratively deliver the ICSS.
Verso also developed service level agreement structures to enable the organisations to negotiate an agreement reflecting the most competitive option and best arrangements for their internal structure.
